The final of the 2008/09 World Corporate Golf Challenge series was held at La Managa Resort, Spain between 28th June and 3rd July 2009.   

Teams: 17 teams representing Argentina / Australia / England / Germany / Guatemala/ India / Italy / Malaysia / Mexico /Norway / Portugal / Scotland / South Africa / Spain / UAE / Venezuela / Wales

Competitors: 68

Average handicap: 11.84

Highest handicap: 24.4

Lowest handicap: 2

Winners: Portugal’s team representing “Nevada Bob’s Golfe”.  The handicaps of the Portugese team were: 2,  7.9,  9.9 and 10.7.

Runners-Up: Australia’s team representing “Beacon Investment P/L” revelled in the international tournament experience, a far cry from their regular weekly competitions.  The Australian’s handicaps were: 14.7,  2.4,  23.5 and 13.2.

Third Place: Malaysia’s team representing “Maybank”.  The Malaysian’s handicaps 8.1,  8.4,  3.4 and 15.9.
